Went to sentosa Spook-tacular with Bff & Friends.. Had lots of fun there!! Ghost looks so real!! & Cool!! Haha!! It was a fantastic night there we took lots of photos!! Here is the photos Enjoy..
But first i must let you guys know the passing score is:

Chin Up: 5
Sit & Reach: 37cm
Shuttle Run: 10.5 Sec
Sit Up: 34
My result is:
2.4km:13.30min
Standing Board Jump: 212cm
Chin Up: 0 =( i must really buck up in my trainings
Sit & Reach: 42cm
Shuttle Run: 10.2 Sec
Sit Up: 32
So i was thinking on my way back why all these trainings i have dint go so well and i pray to the Lord and he open my eyes and i saw a poster in the LRT which says "There is No Elevator to success you have to walk the stairs" and even though its not from bible but it really make sense don't you think so?? Hmm i really have to push myself up in the trainings <3 The Lord =)
